Write to [email protected]. There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate: a form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and there is no mailing list here to join.

Corrections and moved prices

This is the most useful mail this site receives. Every figure carries the date it was read, and platforms change their plans without announcement. If a price, a workflow cap, a seat limit or a fee on this site no longer matches the vendor's page, send the page address and what you are seeing now. Corrections are made at the source and the date on the page is updated when the figure is re-read.

If you work for one of the platforms covered here

You are welcome to write, and your correction will be treated like anyone else's — checked against your own public pricing page and fixed if it is wrong. What will not happen is a page being changed because a commercial relationship exists, a ranking being adjusted, or a draft being shared before publication. If your programme's terms have changed in a way that affects how this site may link to you, say so and it will be acted on immediately.

What this address cannot help with

This site cannot give you support for a platform you are paying for — the vendor's own support will be faster and will actually have access to your account. It also cannot advise on what your business should buy, beyond what is published here, and it does not take guest posts, sponsored articles or link insertions of any kind.

Press and permissions

Quoting a figure from this site is fine with a link back to the page it came from. If you want the underlying reading — the date, the billing term, the exact wording on the vendor's page — ask and it will be sent, because the whole value of this site is that those things can be checked.
